Jan sat at the kitchen table with an idea that just couldn’t escape. It was crazy! There’s no way, she told herself. But the thought just kept coming back. So as she wrestled with the idea, she started sharing it with those close to her. A snow cone truck. Crazy right?? But it wasn’t! Every turn ended in more and more encouragement of her idea. But the piece we haven’t mentioned yet is that her husband, Dustin, grasped onto the idea with 110%. You see, Dustin is a professionally trained chef and has a God-given talent for creating the most amazingly unique foods.

Within two months, Daisy Mae’s Shaved Icy Creamery and their signature dish, the creamstack, was born and running. The Creamstack is a very unique, one-of-a-kind, shaved ice and shaved ice cream dessert. It starts with a layer of shaved ice, syrup, and a variety of toppings, then another layer of shaved ice cream, topped with more shaved ice, syrup and toppings. There are 16 delicious, creatively-unique, flavor combinations to choose from. From what we hear from our customers, the challenge is picking just one!

What started as a family business where their teenage children could have a summer job and learn entrepreneurial skills, blossomed into the most unique Shaved Icy Creamery that is sure to impress.
